If you are on a product category page and are just seeing the menu and no products then you have an issue with the computer you are using. The cause could be any of these:
Out of Date Browser - Please make sure you are using the latest version of your browser. You can check updatemybrowser.org
Ad Block - This will sometimes disable the program we use to display and sort items, make sure adblock is disabled on our website.
AntiVirus - This can sometimes block the program/plugin we use for displaying items, make sure this is disabled for our website.
Firewall - are you on a corporate or government network/VPN. Try connecting from outside the network using another computer or your mobile on 4G (not wifi). If that works, tell your IT guy to whitelist *.unbxdapi.com
If you are still having issues please let me know what OS and Browser (including version) you are using and our IT department look into this further for you.
